Arrêté ministériel du 19 juin 2018 modifiant l’arrêté ministériel modifié du 2 juin 2015 portant accréditation de l’institution « International University of Health, Exercise & Sports S.A. (HEALEX University) » ainsi que des formations « Physiotherapy (Bachelor) », « Physiotherapy (Master) », « Exercise and Sports Science - Human Movement (Bachelor) », « International Sport Management (Bachelor) » et « Sports Physiotherapy (Master) ».

et à la Recherche,
Vu la loi modifiée du 19 juin 2009 portant organisation de l’enseignement supérieur, et notamment son titre III ;
Vu le règlement grand-ducal du 24 août 2016 portant sur l’accréditation d’institutions et de programmes d’enseignement supérieur étrangers au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg ;
Vu l’arrêté ministériel modifié du 2 juin 2015 portant accréditation de l’institution « International University of Health, Exercise & Sports S.A. (HEALEX University) » ainsi que des formations « Physiotherapy (Bachelor) », « Physiotherapy (Master) », « Exercise and Sports Science - Human Movement (Bachelor) », « International Sport Management (Bachelor) » et « Sports Physiotherapy (Master) » ;
Vu l’arrêté ministériel du 9 septembre 2016 portant nomination des membres du groupe consultatif en matière d’accréditation d’institutions et de programmes d’enseignement supérieur étrangers au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg ;
Vu l’avis du groupe consultatif précité du 14 juin 2018 et considérant qu’il a été satisfait aux conditions d’accréditation fixées à l’article 2 de l’arrêté ministériel modifié précité du 2 juin 2015 ;
Considérant que l’accréditation des programmes de Master « Physiotherapy » et de Master « Sports Physiotherapy » est devenue caduque ;
Arrête :
Art. 1er.
L’arrêté ministériel modifié du 2 juin 2015 portant accréditation de l’institution « International University of Health, Exercise & Sports S.A. (HEALEX University) » ainsi que des formations « Physiotherapy (Bachelor) », « Physiotherapy (Master) », « Exercise and Sports Science - Human Movement (Bachelor) », « International Sport Management (Bachelor) » et « Sports Physiotherapy (Master) » est modifié comme suit :
| 1° | À l’article 1er, alinéa 2, les mentions de et de sont supprimées. |
| 2° | L’article 2 est abrogé. |
| 3° | L’article 3 initial devient l’article 2 nouveau. |
Art. 2.
Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.
